Application Information & Program Guidelines
The Montana Main Street program guidelines and technical assistance application for 2011-2012 are available below in both Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat format. Please note that in order to receive assistance this fiscal year, communities must submit an application by Friday, December 16, 2011. Late submissions will not be accepted.
In addition, both designated and affiliate communities that receive assistance are required to submit economic development statistics every quarter of the calendar year. They must be submitted to program staff by the end of the month following each quarter. Starting in 2011-2012, there are two forms: one for designated programs (which is the same one they have been using the past year) and a new one for affiliate programs. Both are available below.
The schedule is as follows:
· First quarter ends March 31; reports are due by April 30
· Second quarter ends June 30; reports are due July 31
· Third quarter ends Sept. 30; reports are due October 31
· Fourth quarter ends December 31; reports are due January 31
